At Ivy Shop, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
